As trite as it sounds, each property is unique. My process for all properties follows this path:
1) Consult with and listen to the property owner about needs, wants, expectations & unique circumstances.
2) Prepare a plan and adjust that plan in consultation with the property owner.
3) Pre-listing phase: Repairs, de-cluttering, painting and general preparation inside and outside of the home.
4) Marketing Preparations: Professional photography, drone photography, video, etc.
5) Marketing Activities: Broker Open, Social Media Posts, leverage network for exposure, Web presence and monitoring.
